What are Diamond Kings Indoor Hitting Leagues?

The Diamond Kings Indoor Hitting Leagues are a great way to have fun and stay competitive during the off-season! Our leagues consist of teams of 4 players that compete against each other to score as many points as possible in 5 inning games. A game will consist of 200 swings total (100 swings/team). Each player gets 5 swings per inning. The goal is to hit balls at targets in the cage to score points. The team with the highest point total at the end of 5 innings is the winner.

Why are Diamond Kings Indoor Hitting Leagues so unique and fun to compete in?

Here at Diamond Kings, we have created our hitting leagues to be one of a kind. We spend the extra effort to organize teams, schedule league games and cage assignments, compute individual and team stats each week, and officiate every contest throughout the league. We take pride in how our leagues run and hope the 1000+ players who have taken part in our leagues over the past 5 years can say they had a fun time being competitive amongst teammates and friends.

When are the leagues and how long is the season?

We have a Fall indoor league that runs from October-December throughout the week and a Winter indoor league that runs from January-March on Sundays. Each season lasts about 8 weeks which consists of a regular season followed by a league tournament for qualifying teams. Game times are scheduled by the teams at our scheduling meeting prior to the start of the league. This avoids scheduling conflicts.

How do I get a team together and sign up?

Find 4 players that are interested in competing on a team together, fill out registration forms for each player online, or call us at 219-558-2273 to register for the upcoming season. Click here for Online Registration Form.

What if one of my players cannot make it for a week?

Teams should designate a 5th player as a reserve. This player plays if a player cannot make it one week. If a team competes with only three players one week, the lowest total points scored by a league player that week is automatically added to the team’s score in place of the missing player.
